1.Return / Exchange Policy

• We only accept returns or exchanges on undamaged and unused items within 7 days of the original shipping date.
• If you want to return or exchange any good, please first send us an email at [email protected]
• In the email, please include the order number, reason of returns /exchanges, and your contact information such as name, e-mail and phone number.
• Please remember that all returns/exchanges must include their original packaging and use a reliable shipping service to send any return/exchange. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
• Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs, postal insurance and other related fees. If you receive a wrong product or if the product was damaged in transit, you may request for a refund or exchange via email at [email protected].
• Once a return or exchange is received and approved by us, we will process Returns/ Exchanges procedure within 10 business days. If the return or exchange is a result of an error by us or damaged merchandise, we will pay for your return and exchange shipping upon receiving a postal receipt from you.
• Returns will be credited to the original credit card account used for purchase.
• We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.
• No exchanges or returns will be accepted for any items that are listed as "Vintage".

2.Returns/ Exchanges procedure

• Securely pack merchandise and note the nature of the return or exchange on the invoice, i.e. did not fit, did not like, etc
