1. Payment

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard with ECpay (綠界), AliPay (支付寶) and PayPal.
  • Listed prices are in US Dollar (USD) / TW Dollar (TWD) / Chinese Yuan ( CNY) , Please select your currency.
  • The currency you select will correspond the local shipping method and payment.

          For example:

       1. Worldwide 

       If you select USD. you will pay with Paypal and the shipping method will be   EMS ( Express mail service).

       2. China, Hong Kong and Macau 

If you select CNY, you will pay with Alipay (支付寶) and the shipping method will be SF express (順豐速運).

       3. Taiwan

  If you select TWD, you will pay with ECpay (綠界) and the shipping method can choose between Chunghwa Post (中華郵政) or pick up (超商取貨 ) option.  

  • Please note that you may be subjected to an overseas transaction fee charged by your credit card company or bank.
  • If you choose Paypal for payment, you can use your PayPal account or use PayPal’s credit card gateway, which enables you to pay online without being registered as a PayPal member. The payment is immediate and traceable (your personal and credit card information is never share with us) and will automatically convert them into your local currency.

 

2. Order

  • Once we receive your order, we will first jump for joy. We will then send you an order confirmation email and start preparing your goods.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for us to get everything ready and process the order. Once processed, you will receive your order within the next 3-10 business days.
  • Avecstyloplume is not responsible for any delays due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events, and is unable to control or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

 

3. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via EMS（overseas) and Post Office Parcel (within Taiwan) Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. If for any reason, the orders cannot be shipped on time, our customer service will send you an email notification.
  • All order require a signature upon receipt.
  • Worldwide shipping.
  • Free shipping within Taiwan. 
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Box or military address.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.
  • We want you to be happy with your order. So, please check your order and make sure there are no mistakes. If there is something wrong, please send us an email at [email protected].
  • Please note that all international customers, except your purchase order is over $150 or within Taiwan, shipping fees are on you and are not refundable. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. In few rare cases. international orders may incur custom duties and you are responsible for any custom fees incurred upon delivery.
